There are several different WMU Student Organizations and Kalamazoo Community groups that are affiliated with the Wesley Foundation of Kalamazoo.
This registered student organization at Western Michigan University meets in the Upper Room of Wesley on Thursday nights at 7:00pm. The group is for women and is focused on Christianity and service. Email Nicole for more information.
NA meets in the Upper Room of the Wesley Foundation on Saturdays at 12:00pm. The group offers support for those recovering from addictions. Email Thomas for more information.
ERACCE (Eliminating Racism and Claiming/Celebrating Equality) exists to eliminate structural racism and create a network of equitable antiracist institutions and communities. They provide training and education, organizing and networking, and supportive resources for the area.
Voices of WMU Gospel Choir
The Voices of WMU Gospel Choir (a Registered Student Organization at WMU) meets and rehearses at Wesley. The student choir hosts several concerts and events throughout the year, and rehearses on Monday nights at 6:30pm in the sanctuary on the main level. All are welcome to join. Campus Beet serves a healthy weekly lunch supporting locally grown and sustainable practices. They serve in the Wesley dining room from 11:30am-1:30pm on Wednesdays during the school year and the cost is $3.00. Campus Beet meetings are on Tuesday nights at 7:00pm.
